Yeah, no kidding. Honestly, I don't know if I could do it. I'd take one look at everyone who's here and just take off running.

It's kind of overwhelming, and well, I don't know if you could tell, but I'm not really mom material.

[ She just means she's really impressed with her and she wishes she was half as capable. ]

You don't need to be to help people, the thought and desire to see them safe is enough.

( there were certainly different ways of caring for someone and she believed that buffy did care for people's safety here )

Well, at least I'm good at that. Maybe I mentioned this already, but I- kind of look after people back at home. It's sort of a habit to want to do that here too.
